Pursuant to article 5(1.21) of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, with amendments), the Management Board of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (“TP S.A.”, “the Company”) hereby informs about the resignation of TP S.A. managing person.
The Company has received information about resignation of Mr. Jacek Kałłaur from the position of the Management Board Member in charge of Human Resources. The mandate expires by the end of the day preceding the nearest meeting of the TP S.A. Supervisory Board. The date of the next Supervisory Board meeting has not yet been defined.
