Pursuant to art. 103, clause 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended), the Management Board of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (“TP S.A.”, “Company”) hereby informs that consolidated and standalone full year results for the year 2009 will be released on 23rd February 2010. Moreover, the Management Board informs that pursuant to art. 102, clause 1, the Company will not publish the report for the fourth quarter of 2009.
