Pursuant to art. 38, clause 1, item 7 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259) the Management Board of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (further referred to as “TP S.A.”) hereby announces information regarding a proposal of the TP S.A. Management Board concerning the right to dividend and the date of payment thereof.
The TP S.A. Management Board informs that, as agreed with National Depository for Securities, it intends to make the following proposal to the TP S.A. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with regard to dividend dates:
- the “D” day is the day on which the right to dividend is set – 18 June 2009
- the “W” day is the day on which the dividend is paid – 2 July 2009
A decision concerning TP S.A.’s profit distribution will be made by the TP S.A. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that is held on 23 April 2009.
