Pursuant to article 5(1.22) of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (“TP S.A., Company”) hereby informs about appointment of persons supervising TP S.A.
On 23 April 2009, the Annual General Meeting appointed Mrs. Marie-Christine Lambert and Mr. Raoul Roverato to TP Supervisory Board, as well as, renewed mandates of the following persons, whose term of office expired as of the day of TP General Meeting of Shareholders: Mr. Andrzej K. Koźmiński, Mr. Olivier Barberot, Mr. Vivek Badrinath, Mr. Jerzy Rajski and Mr. Wiesław Rozłucki.
