Aviva Open Pension Fund exceeded a 5% shareholding in Orange Polska Pursuant to art. 70, (1) of the Law of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organised trading system and on public companies, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska”) hereby announces that on February 18, 2022 received from Aviva Open Pension Fund Aviva Santander („Aviva Open Pension Fund”) a notice on increasing its share ownership of Orange Polska shares from 4.99% to 5.07%. As a result of all transactions referred to the notifications, Aviva Open Pension Fund as of February 16, 2022 holds 66 488 705 shares, accounting for 5.07% of the share capital, corresponding to 5.07% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Orange Polska.
