Pursuant to art. 5, item 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska”, “Company”) informs about resignation of a supervising person.
On 14 February 2023 the Company received a resignation letter from Mr Ramon Fernandez as Deputy Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska with immediate effect. Mr Ramon Fernandez resignation is a result of his publicly announced decision to take up a new professional challenge outside the Orange Group.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to entrust the duties of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska to Mrs. Mari-Noëlle Jégo-Laveissière.
Maciej Witucki, Chairman of the Supervisory Board commented: “I would like express my gratitude to Ramon Fernandez for his great commitment and engagement in the works of Orange Polska supervisory board. I wish him successes and achievements in his new professional career.”
