Orange Polska Supervisory Board appoints new Chairman of the Audit Committee

On 10 April 2026 Orange Polska Supervisory Board nominated Adam Uszpolewicz as new Chairman of the Audit Committee. He will succeed Russ Houlden, who, in view of the importance of independence, retired from his role after serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee for four terms, totaling twelve years. Adam Uszpolewicz has been an independent member of Orange Polska Supervisory Board and the member of the Audit Committee since April 2024.

Maciej Witucki, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska said: “We sincerely thank Russ Houlden for his unwavering dedication and exceptional leadership over the past 12 years as Chairman of the Audit Committee. His extensive expertise in accounting and finance as well as in telecommunications has been instrumental in strengthening our company’s governance and financial integrity to the benefit of all shareholders. His contributions have left a lasting impact on our supervisory board and the organisation as a whole. At the same time I warmly welcome Adam Uszpolewicz as a new Chairman who brings over 30 years of experience in the financial markets both in Poland and internationally.”

At the same time, the Supervisory Board also nominated Bartosz Dobrzyński as an independent member of the Audit Committee. Bartosz Dobrzyński has been an independent member of Orange Polska Supervisory Board since 2022. He was also a member of the Audit Committee in 2022-2025. As such Audit Committee continues to consist of five members, of which three are independent.
