Pursuant to art. 103, clause 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended), the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska”) hereby informs that consolidated and standalone full year results for the year 2015 will be released on 15th February 2016.
