Pursuant to art. 5, item 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska”, “Company”) informs about resignation of a supervising person.
On 19 January 2026 the Company received a resignation letter from Laurent Martinez as Member of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska with the effect as of 30 January 2026. Laurent Martinez, holding a position of Chief Financial Officer of Orange S.A., has been a member of Orange Polska Supervisory Board since 2023. His decision is related to streamlining of this involvement in the governance positions in Orange S.A. subsidiaries.
At the same time, the Company was informed by a shareholder Orange S.A., that on the next Supervisory Board meeting in February, it will propose Usman Javaid, as new Supervisory Board member in accordance with article 19 paragraph 8 of the Company’s articles of association.
