Pursuant to art. 20, clause 1, item 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. informs about summoning the Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 April 2026.
