London, 27 January 2015: Orange Polska S.A.(the “Company”) has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority, as the UK Listing Authority (the “UKLA”), for:
a. the cancellation of the listing of the Company’s Global Depositary Receipts, each representing one ordinary share of three Polish Zlotys Reg S ISIN US87943D207/ 144A ISIN US87943D1081 (together, the “GDRs”); and
b. the cancellation of the admission to trading of the GDRs on the London Stock Exchange market for listed securities.
It is anticipated that cancellation of listing and cancellation to trading will take effect from 21 April 2015, being 20 business days following the date of this announcement.
